Our policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. No lengthy explanations required.
To be eligible, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. This is a hygiene requirement, not a loophole — we cannot resell used scalp tools.
How to request a return
- 1 Email us at support@scalpcared.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- 2 We will confirm your return within 24 hours and send you a prepaid return label.
- 3 Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at any carrier point.
- 4 Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
What is not eligible for a refund
We are fair, but we do have limits. The following are not eligible for a return or refund:
- Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of use
- Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date
- Products returned without their original packaging
- Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow usage instructions
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the item.
