Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time through the carrier's website.
Delivery times
Standard delivery takes 5 to 10 business days from dispatch. Actual delivery may vary slightly depending on your location and local carrier schedules. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders over €35. For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout. No hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.
Where we ship
